Ebb & Flow Lactation Services is IN-NETWORK with: Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medical Mutual of Ohio and Meritain

Ebb & Flow Lactation Services is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna (Including Meritain) and Medical Mutual of Ohio, I can bill these companies directly on your behalf for Lactation Consulting Services provided. I can also bill other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, although coverage may vary. Services may be provided both prenatally in preparation as well for breastfeeding consultation.

Self Pay

If you are covered by a plan NOT listed above, you can self pay for services. Choose the Self-Pay option on the scheduling page. Upon request, paperwork is available to self pay clients to apply for reimbursement with your insurance company.

You may pay for Lactation Services with a health spending account (HSA) or other discretionary spending account.
